Grilled Steak with Roasted Potatoes & Fresh Salad πŸ₯©πŸ₯”πŸ₯—

Ingredients:

1 steak (sirloin or ribeye, about 200g)

1 cup baby potatoes, halved

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

ΒΌ red onion, thinly sliced

Olive oil, salt & pepper to taste

For the dressing:

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp balsamic vinegar

Β½ tsp Dijon mustard

Β½ tsp honey

Salt & black pepper

Instructions:

1. Roast the potatoes: Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 400Β°F (200Β°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.

2. Grill the steak: Season both sides of the steak with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear for 3–4 minutes per side for medium doneness. Let rest before slicing.

3. Prepare the salad: In a bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion.

4. Make the dressing: Whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over the salad.

5. Assemble the plate: Serve the sliced steak with roasted potatoes and salad on the side.
