Crustless Pizza Bake

Homemade Crustless Pizza Bake
This recipe is a fantastic low-carb alternative to traditional pizza. Instead of dough, it uses a base of seasoned meat or vegetables.
Ingredients
The Base: Ground beef (browned) or seasoned chicken breast strips. (Alternatively, cauliflower rice for a veggie option).
The Sauce: Pizza sauce or marinara (tomato, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper).
The Cheesy Layer: A generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.
The Toppings (As seen in the photo):
Green bell pepper strips.
Black olive rings.
Slices of pickled jalapeños (for a spicy kick).
Red chili flakes (sprinkled on top).
Preparation Steps
Prepare the Base: Cook your chosen protein (beef or chicken) with onions and spices until fully browned. Drain any excess fat and spread it as the bottom layer in your foil trays or baking dish.
Add the Sauce: Spread a thin, even layer of pizza sauce over the meat.
Cheese Layer: Cover the entire surface with a thick layer of mozzarella cheese.
Decorate: Arrange the green peppers, olives, and jalapeños neatly on top of the cheese. Sprinkle with chili flakes for extra heat.
Baking: Place the trays in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly with golden-brown edges.
Serving: Serve hot and enjoy it straight from the tray with a fork!
