Cheesy Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

Ground beef

Bread crumbs

Eggs

Onion (finely chopped)

Ketchup

Cheese (shredded)

Mashed potatoes (prepared)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, onion, and ketchup. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into loaves and place in a baking dish.

Top with shredded cheese.

Bake for 45-50 minutes.

Serve over warm mashed potatoes.
