FRIED POTATOES & ONIONS?

 

### Ingredients:

– **Potatoes**: 4 medium-sized, peeled and sliced

– **Onions**: 1 large, thinly sliced

– **Cooking Oil**: 2-3 tablespoons (for frying)

– **Salt**: to taste

– **Black Pepper**: to taste

– **Paprika** (optional): 1 teaspoon

– **Garlic Powder** (optional): 1 teaspoon

– **Fresh Parsley or Chives** (optional): for garnish

 

### Instructions:

1. **Heat the oil** in a skillet over medium heat.

2. **Add the sliced potatoes** and cook for about 5 minutes, until they start to soften.

3. **Add the onions** and spices (salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder).

4. **Stir well** and cook for another 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden brown and tender.

5. **Garnish** with fresh herbs if desired and serve hot.
