Avocado, Mozzarella, and Tomato Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread

1 tablespoon butter, softened

1/2 avocado, sliced

4 slices fresh mozzarella cheese

4 slices tomato

Salt and pepper to taste

Balsamic glaze (optional)

Directions:

Heat a skillet over medium heat.

Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place one slice, butter-side down, in the hot skillet.

Layer the mozzarella slices, avocado slices, and tomato slices on the bread in the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.

Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.

Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese starts to melt, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Press down slightly with a spatula for even grilling.

Flip the sandwich carefully and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.

Remove from the skillet, cut in half, and serve immediately. Enjoy this creamy, rich Avocado, Mozzarella, and Tomato Grilled Cheese for a luxurious lunch or indulgent snack.
