Tuna & Tomato Fusilli Pasta Salad

A quick, refreshing pasta salad packed with flavor perfect for a light lunch or picnic!
Ingredients (Serves 2)
2 cups fusilli pasta , 1 can (5 oz) tuna (drained) , 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved) , 2 tbsp olive oil , 1 tbsp lemon juice , 1 tsp dried basil , salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the Pasta: Boil the fusilli in salted water according to package instructions (about 8-10 minutes) until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
Prepare the Tuna: Flake the drained tuna into a large bowl, breaking it into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the Salad: Add the cooled pasta and halved cherry tomatoes to the bowl with the tuna. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Season: Sprinkle in dried basil, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well combined.
Serve: Transfer to a serving bowl or plates. Enjoy immediately or chill in the fridge for 15 minutes for a colder salad.
