Best part? They are SO easy to make. No fancy equipment, just pure buttery goodness. ✨
🛒 The “Golden”
Ingredients:
4 cups All-purpose flour (keep a little extra for dusting!)
1 packet Active dry yeast
1 cup Warm milk (think “baby bottle” warm, not hot!)
¼ cup Sugar (for that perfect hint of sweetness)
¼ cup Melted butter (plus more for brushing on top!)
1 large Egg
👩🍳 The Simple Steps:
Activate: Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 mins until foamy.
Mix: Add your melted butter, egg, and flour. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Rise: Knead until smooth, then let it rise in a warm spot for about an hour until doubled in size!
Shape: Punch down, roll into balls, and place in a greased pan. Let them rise again for 30 mins!
Bake: Pop them in at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
The Secret: Brush with extra melted butter IMMEDIATELY after they come out of the oven. 🧈🔥
