1 cup buttermilk (or milk + 1 tablespoon vinegar)
1 cup hot water
🥥 Coconut-Pecan Filling/Frosting:
1 can (about 14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks
½ cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
🍫 Optional Chocolate Ganache (for the sides):
7 oz (200 g) dark chocolate
½ cup heavy cream
