• 12 fresh oysters, cleaned and shucked (keep them in the half shell)
• 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1–2 tsp hot sauce (optional, for a kick)
• Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
• Lemon wedges, for serving

🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat grill
• Heat grill to medium-high.
• If using charcoal, let coals become white-hot for smokiness.
2. Make garlic butter
• Mix melted butter, garlic, smoked paprika, lemon zest, lemon juice, and hot sauce (if using).
3. Prepare oysters
• Place oysters on a grill-safe tray or directly on the grill.
• Spoon garlic butter evenly over each oyster.
4. Grill
• Grill for 5–7 minutes, just until oysters are plump and slightly firm.
• Watch carefully—they cook fast!
