Salt and pepper to taste
For the BBQ Sauce:
1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
For the Cheese Drizzle:
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon butter
For the Fries:
4 large potatoes (cut into fries or use frozen fries)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika ️
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
Prepare the Chicken Wings:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a grill to medium-high.
Pat the chicken wings dry and toss them in olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Arrange the wings on a baking sheet or grill and cook for 25-30 minutes (flip halfway through) until crispy and cooked through.
Prepare the Fries:
While the wings cook, prepare the fries. Toss them in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Bake the fries in the oven or air fry them until crispy and golden, around 20-25 minutes.
Make the BBQ Cheese Drizzle:
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and add the heavy cream. Stir well.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese and continue stirring until the cheese is completely melted and smooth. ✨
Stir in BBQ sauce to combine and create a cheesy BBQ sauce drizzle.
Assemble the Dish:
Once the wings are cooked, place them on a serving platter. Drizzle the BBQ cheese sauce generously over the wings.
Serve with the crispy fries on the side, and optionally drizzle some extra BBQ sauce on the fries for added flavor.
