Sausage Veggie Skillet Bowl

Hearty, healthy, and hits every flavor note just right!
Ingredients:
2 chicken sausages (sliced into coins)
1 large sweet potato (peeled, cubed or sliced)
1 small zucchini (halved & sliced)
1 cup broccoli florets
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Optional: grated parmesan or nutritional yeast for garnish
️ Step by Step:
1️⃣ Cook the Sweet Potato:
Boil or microwave the sweet potato slices until just tender (not mushy). Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté the Chicken Sausage:
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned and crisped around the edges.
3️⃣ Add the Veggies:
Toss in broccoli, zucchini, and sweet potatoes. Stir-fry until broccoli is bright green and slightly charred, and zucchini is tender.
4️⃣ Flavor It Up:
Sprinkle in garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and soy sauce. Stir well to coat everything evenly in flavor.
5️⃣ Final Sear & Serve:
Let everything caramelize for 2-3 mins undisturbed for those golden edges. Serve hot, and optionally top with cheese or herbs!
