Honey Garlic Salmon & Shrimp over Garlic Butter Rice! ✨

- Ingredients:
For the Salmon & Shrimp:
3 salmon fillets
1/2 lb (225g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional, for depth)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
Fresh parsley for garnish
For the Garlic Butter Rice:
1 cup long-grain rice
2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp parsley, chopped

Instructions:
Cooking the Garlic Butter Rice:
1️⃣ In a pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
2️⃣ Add rice and stir for 1-2 minutes until lightly toasted.
3️⃣ Pour in broth, salt, and black pepper, stir, and bring to a boil.
4️⃣ Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until fluffy.
5️⃣ Remove from heat, fluff with a fork, and mix in parsley.
Preparing the Honey Garlic Sauce:
6️⃣ In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and red pepper flakes.
Cooking the Salmon & Shrimp:
7️⃣ Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
8️⃣ Season salmon with paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sear for 4-5 minutes per side until golden.
9️⃣ Remove salmon and set aside. In the same pan, melt butter and add shrimp.
Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, then add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
1️⃣1️⃣ Pour in the honey garlic sauce, stirring to coat. Add salmon back to the pan and spoon sauce over it.

Serving:
Place a bed of garlic butter rice in a tray, top with salmon and shrimp, and drizzle any remaining sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley.
