Fried Bologna Sandwich 🍅🥪
Ingredients
2 slices bologna
1 sandwich bun or 2 slices bread
2 tomato slices
1 tbsp butter or oil
Salt and black pepper
Optional: mayonnaise, mustard, or cheese
Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
Cut a small slit in the center of each bologna slice to prevent curling, then fry for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
Lightly toast the bun or bread in the same pan for extra flavor.
Place tomato slices on the bottom bun, season with salt and black pepper, and add the fried bologna on top.
Add any optional condiments if desired, then close the sandwich and serve immediately.
