1 tbsp olive oil

½ onion (sliced)

½ green bell pepper (sliced)

½ red bell pepper (sliced)

½ cup mushrooms (sliced)

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded provolone cheese

For the Bread:

1 loaf French bread (or Italian bread)

3 tbsp butter (melted)

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp dried parsley

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cook the filling:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Sauté until softened.

Add the thinly sliced steak, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the steak is browned. Remove from heat.

3. Prepare the bread:

Slice the loaf in half lengthwise.

Use a spoon to hollow out some of the bread to create space for the filling.

4. Stuff the bread:

Layer half of the cheese inside the bread.

Add the cooked steak and veggie mixture.

Top with the remaining cheese.

5. Bake:

Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley.

Brush it over the top of the bread.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. Serve:

Let it cool slightly before slicing into pieces.

Enjoy your cheesy, steak-filled goodness!
