Easy Funeral Potatoes
Ingredients:
For Casserole:
30 ounces frozen hash browns, thawed
2 cups cheddar, shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
½ cup butter, melted
½ cup onion, diced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
For Topping:
2 cups cornflakes, crushed
¼ cup butter, melted
½ cup cheddar, shredded
Directions:
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease baking dish.
Mix potatoes, 2 cups cheddar, soup, sour cream, butter, onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper. Spread in dish.
Mix crushed cornflakes, butter, ½ cup cheddar. Sprinkle over top.
Bake 45-55 minutes until golden and bubbly. Rest 10 minutes. Scoop with red spoon. Serve.
