Oatmeal and Apple Snack (No Flour, No Sugar)
Ingredients
Oatmeal: 1 cup (90g)
Warm milk: 150 ml (about ⅔ cup)
Apples: 2, peeled and diced
Butter: 20g (1 ½ tablespoons), melted
Vanillin: 1/2 teaspoon (or vanilla extract)
Eggs: 2 large
Preparation Method
Soak the Oats: In a bowl, combine the oatmeal and warm milk. Let it sit for about 10–15 minutes until the oats soften and absorb the liquid.
Prep the Apples: Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes.
Mix: Add the eggs, melted butter, and vanillin to the soaked oats. Stir well, then fold in the diced apples until evenly distributed.
Fill the Mold: Grease a silicone mold or muffin tin with a little oil or butter. Spoon the mixture into the individual sections.
Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 25–30 minutes, or until they are firm and golden brown.
Serve: Allow them to cool slightly before popping them out of the mold.
