Loaded Cheesy Chicken Breasts
Ingredients (Metric)
4 Large chicken breasts (approx. 800g).
200g Shredded Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese.
100g Cooked bacon bits or smoked turkey strips (chopped).
50g Cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess).
10g Olive oil.
5g Paprika.
5g Onion powder.
3g Dried oregano.
Salt and black pepper (to taste).
Garnish: Chopped green onions or fresh parsley.
Preparation Instructions
Season the Chicken: In a small bowl, mix the olive oil with paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture thoroughly over the chicken breasts.
Prepare the Tray: Place the chicken breasts in a lightly greased baking dish. You can leave them whole or cut shallow slits across the top to help the toppings stay in place.
Add the “Loaded” Toppings: Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over each breast (if using), then pile on a generous amount of shredded cheese and the chopped bacon/turkey pieces.
Baking: * Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Bake for 25–30 minutes. You want the chicken to be juicy and cooked through, while the cheese on top should be melted, bubbly, and slightly golden-brown.
Serve: Garnish with fresh green onions or parsley. It pairs beautifully with a simple side salad or roasted vegetables
