Grilled Chicken & Broccoli Bowls with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

For the Chicken & Broccoli:

500g Chicken breasts (sliced or whole).

400g Fresh broccoli florets.

2 tbsp Olive oil.

Seasoning: Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (to taste).

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

15g Butter.

3 cloves Garlic, minced.

200ml Heavy cream (or a low-carb alternative like softened cream cheese thinned with a little water).

50g Parmesan cheese, grated.

Dried herbs (parsley or oregano).

Preparation

Season the Chicken: Rub the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Grilling: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the chicken until fully cooked and it develops a deep golden-brown char  Remove and set aside.

Sauté the Broccoli: In the same skillet, add a splash of oil and sauté the broccoli until tender-crisp, keeping its vibrant green color.

Prepare the Sauce:

Melt the butter in a small saucepan and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a light simmer.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese and dried herbs, whisking until the sauce is thick and smooth.

Assembly: Arrange the grilled chicken and broccoli in a bowl, then generously pour the warm garlic sauce over the top
