Ingredients:
For the Cod:
– 1 pound cod fillets, cut into 4 pieces

– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
For the Roasted Brussels Sprouts:
– 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. *Preheat the Oven*: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. *Prepare the Cod*: In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, and salt. Place the cod pieces in a shallow dish and brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over both sides of the fish.
