Keto Chocolate Nut Bark
Description: Zero carbs, flourless, and perfect for a quick healthy snack.
Ingredients
200g Dark Chocolate: (Sugar-free, at least 85% cocoa).
1/2 cup Mixed Nuts: (Almonds, walnuts, or hazelnuts) roasted and roughly chopped.
1 tbsp Coconut Oil: (Optional, for a smoother texture and shine).
A pinch of Sea Salt: To enhance the chocolate flavor.
Optional Add-ins: Chia seeds, sesame seeds, or shredded coconut.
Instructions
Melt the Chocolate: Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil using a double boiler or in the microwave for 30 seconds, stirring until smooth.
Mix in Nuts: Stir half of the chopped nuts and seeds into the melted chocolate.
Spread: Line a tray with parchment paper. Pour the mixture and spread it evenly to your desired thickness.
Topping: Sprinkle the remaining nuts and sea salt over the top. Press down slightly so they stick.
Chill: Place the tray in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or in the freezer for 20 minutes until completely firm.
Break & Serve: Once set, break the bark into irregular pieces or cut into bars as shown in the picture.
Storage Tip
Keep these bars in an airtight container in the fridge, as they can soften quickly at room temperature due to the coconut oil.
