1οΈβ£ Cook the bacon:
In a large skillet cook chopped bacon until crispy π₯. Remove and set aside.
2οΈβ£ In the same pan cook ground beef and onion until browned π₯©π§ .
3οΈβ£ Add garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant π§.
4οΈβ£ Stir in uncooked rice, beef broth, milk, ketchup, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper ππ₯£.
5οΈβ£ Bring to a gentle simmer, cover, and cook 15β18 minutes until rice is tender β³.
6οΈβ£ Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted π§.
7οΈβ£ Add cooked bacon back into the skillet and mix well.
