4 large eggs
2 tbsp milk
30 g shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp butter

1️⃣ Prepare the Potatoes
Preheat oven to 200Β°C. Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Spread on a baking tray and roast for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
2️⃣ Cook the Pork Chop
Season pork chop with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook pork chop for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked and golden. Remove and rest for 5 minutes.
3️⃣ Cook Sausages and Patties
In the same skillet, cook sausage links and patties over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
4️⃣ Prepare the Grits
Bring water or milk to a gentle boil in a saucepan. Slowly whisk in grits and reduce heat to low. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thick and creamy. Stir in butter, parmesan cheese, and salt.

Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Melt butter in a non-stick pan over low heat. Pour eggs into the pan and stir gently. When eggs begin to set, fold in shredded cheddar cheese. Cook until soft and fluffy.
