All the flavors of a juicy bacon cheeseburger—wrapped up in a crunchy, creamy, totally addictive bite-sized snack!
Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)
1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 for flavor)
8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup (120g) cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard (or Dijon for tang)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Optional Extras:
1 tbsp pickle relish (for a Big Mac vibe)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (umami boost)
Dipping sauces: Ranch, BBQ, or sriracha mayo
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Beef
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, crumbling finely. Drain fat and let cool slightly.
2️⃣ Make the Cream Cheese Spread
Mix cream cheese, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Optional: Stir in relish or Worcestershire for extra flavor.
3️⃣ Assemble the Roll-Ups
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
Layer with beef, bacon, and cheddar cheese, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
4️⃣ Roll & Slice
Roll tortillas tightly (like a sushi roll), sealing the edge with a dab of cream cheese.
Chill for 15 mins (to firm up), then slice into 1-inch pinwheels.

Arrange on a platter with toothpicks and dipping sauces.
