Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 sheet refrigerated pizza dough (or crescent roll dough)

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 tablespoon minced garlic

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions:

Cook the Filling:

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Once fully cooked, drain any excess fat. Add in the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is creamy and well combined .

Roll Out the Dough:

Spread the pizza (or crescent) dough onto a lightly floured surface and shape it into a rectangle using a rolling pin.

Add the Filling & Roll:

Evenly spread the beef mixture over the dough. Carefully roll it up into a tight log, then slice into 1-inch thick rounds.

Make the Garlic Butter:

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic. ✨

Bake the Rollups:

Place the rollups on a greased baking sheet. Brush each one generously with the garlic butter. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and deliciously bubbly .

Serve & Enjoy:

Top with chopped parsley if you’d like a pop of freshness. Serve warm and watch them disappear!
