Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwiches 😍😋
Ingredients
4 slices white sandwich bread
4 large eggs
8–10 slices bacon
4 slices cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter
Salt
Black pepper
Instructions
Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and set aside.
Lightly toast the bread slices in the same pan or a toaster until golden.
Melt a little butter in a skillet over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook sunny-side up until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your preference. Season with salt and black pepper.
Place one slice of cheddar cheese on each piece of toast. While the toast is still warm, add the cooked egg on top of the cheese so it slightly melts.
Divide the crispy bacon evenly over two of the slices. Top with the remaining slices to form sandwiches or serve open-faced as shown.
Serve immediately.
