Creamy Ranch Steak & Mozzarella Garlic Butter Pasta

Ingredients:

– 8 oz (227g) pasta of your choice
– 1 lb (450g) beef steak, sliced
– 2 tbsp (30ml) olive oil
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
– 1/2 cup (60g) shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/4 cup (60ml) ranch dressing
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat; add sliced steak and cook until browned.
3. Add minced garlic to the skillet; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in heavy cream and ranch dressing; stir to combine and heat through.
5. Mix cooked pasta into the sauce; add shredded mozzarella cheese and stir until melted.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste; garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes:

Feel free to swap out the beef for chicken or another protein of your choice.
Add veggies like spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
