Cream Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Doritos – A Crunchy, Cheesy Delight!

• 1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos (large chips work best)

• 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

• ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

• 4 slices bacon (cooked & crumbled)

• 1 teaspoon garlic powder

• ½ teaspoon onion powder

• ½ teaspoon paprika

• ½ teaspoon black pepper

• 1 egg (beaten)

• 1 cup flour

• 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

• Oil for frying

 

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Filling:

• In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.

2. Stuff the Doritos:

• Carefully take two similar-sized Doritos and spread a small amount of the cream cheese mixture between them.

• Gently press to seal.

3. Coat the Doritos:

• Dip each stuffed Dorito into flour, then into beaten egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.

4. Fry to Perfection:

• Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).

• Fry each stuffed Dorito for about 30-45 seconds per side, until golden and crispy.

• Remove and drain on paper towels.

5. Serve & Enjoy:

• Serve warm with ranch, salsa, or your favorite dipping sauce!
