Ingredients
8 slices bacon
4 slices sandwich bread (toasted)
2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
4–6 lettuce leaves
4 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt & black pepper
Instructions
Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Toast the bread until golden. Spread mayonnaise evenly on one side of each slice.
Layer lettuce on the mayo, then add tomato slices. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Top with crispy bacon and close the sandwich or leave it open-faced like a classic diner style.
