Ingredient:

 

– **4** bone-in pork chops

– **2** tablespoons brown sugar

– **2** tablespoons soy sauce

– **2** tablespoons Dijon mustard

– **1** tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

– **2** teaspoons minced garlic

– **1** tablespoon olive oil

 

## Preparation Instructions:

 

1. **Prepare the Marinade:**

– In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar with the soy sauce, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic.

 

2. **Marinate the Pork:**

– Place the pork chops in a bowl or a sealed bag, then pour the marinade over them. Make sure all sides are well coated. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (you can leave them longer for more flavor).

 

3. **Cooking:**

– Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

– Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

 

4. **Serving:**
