1 lb breakfast sausage
2 cups frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon paprika
