Beef Stroganoff”
🥩 Ingredient
Beef: 2 lbs of beef stew meat or sirloin tips, cut into cubes.
The Sauce (The mixture being poured):
1 can (10.5 oz) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup.
1/2 cup Beef Broth.
1 packet of Brown Gravy Mix (or Onion Soup Mix).
2 cloves of Minced Garlic.
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce (optional for depth of flavor).
Seasoning: Salt, black pepper, and onion powder to taste.
For Serving: Cooked egg noodles, mashed potatoes, or white rice.
👨🍳 Instructions
Place the Beef: Put the beef cubes into the bottom of the slow cooker (Crock-Pot).
Mix the Gravy: In a measuring cup (as seen in the photo), whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, garlic, and seasonings until smooth.
Combine: Pour the mixture over the beef cubes and stir slightly to ensure all meat is coated.
Cooking Time:
Low Setting: Cook for 7-8 hours (Recommended for the most tender beef).
High Setting: Cook for 4 hours.
Final Touch: Once the beef is fork-tender, stir in a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt for extra richness right before serving. Top with fresh parsley.
