Beef Stir-Fry

Beef Stir-Fry
# Ingredients:
1. **Beef** (sliced thin)
2. **Onion** (sliced)
3. **Bell Peppers** (red and green, sliced)
4. **Soy Sauce** (for flavor)
5. **Ginger** (grated or minced)
6. **Garlic** (minced)
7. **Cooking Oil** (such as sesame oil or vegetable oil)
8. **Sesame Seeds** (for garnish)
9. **Spices** (like black pepper and salt)
### Preparation Method:
1. **Marinate the Beef**: In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and a pinch of black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. **Heat the Oil**: In a large pan or wok, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat.
3. **Cook the Beef**: Add the marinated beef to the pan in a single layer. Sear for about 2-3 minutes until browned, then stir-fry until fully cooked. Remove the beef and set aside.
4. **Stir-Fry the Vegetables**: In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
5. **Combine**: Return the cooked beef to the pan. Pour in additional soy sauce if desired and mix well until everything is heated through.
6. **Garnish and Serve**: Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish. Serve hot with rice or noodles. Enjoy!
