✅ Salt & black pepper (to taste)
✅ 1 tsp garlic powder
For the Sauce:
✅ 1 cup heavy cream
✅ 3 cloves garlic, minced
✅ 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
✅ ½ cup beef broth
✅ ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
✅ 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
✅ 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Steak
1. Pat the filet mignon medallions dry with a paper towel.
2. Season both sides generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat until it’s hot and shimmering.
4. Add the steaks and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
5. Lower the heat to medium, add butter, and spoon it over the steaks for 1 more minute.
