Air-Fried Crispy Cauliflower

 

Ingredients:

 

– 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets

– 1/2 cup almond flour (or other flour of your choice)

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1-2 teaspoons garlic powder

– 1-2 teaspoons onion powder

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– Salt and black pepper to taste

– 1-2 eggs (as needed)

– Cooking spray (or olive oil to coat the cauliflower)

 

### Instructions:

1. **Prepare the Cauliflower:**

– Wash the cauliflower thoroughly and cut it into small florets.

 

2. **Prepare the Mixture:**

– In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

 

3. **Coat the Cauliflower:**

– In another bowl, beat the eggs. Dip the cauliflower florets in the eggs, then in the dry mixture until fully coated.

 

4. **Use in Air Fryer:**

– Spray oil on the air fryer basket and place the coated cauliflower florets in it evenly.

– Cook in the air fryer at 200°C (390°F) for 15-20 minutes, flipping the cauliflower halfway until golden and crispy.

 

5. **Serve:**

– Serve the crispy cauliflower with your favorite dip, such as garlic sauce or ketchup.
