Italian Meatball Spaghetti Stack

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef or pork
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 cups marinara sauce
8 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp chopped basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
Heat a pan over medium heat, cook meatballs until browned on all sides, then add marinara sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
In a baking dish, layer spaghetti, top with meatballs and sauce, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese melts and is bubbly.
