Agua de Frutas La Michoacana

Ingredients:

Assorted fruits (such as watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries, pineapple, and mango), diced

8 cups of cold water

Juice of 2 to 3 limes

Sugar or agave syrup, to taste

Optional: A splash of orange juice

Optional: A handful of fresh mint leaves

Ice, for serving

Directions:

Wash and dice your selected fruits into small, bite-sized pieces.

In a large pitcher or mixing bowl, combine the diced fruits with 8 cups of cold water.

Squeeze in the juice from 2 to 3 limes, adjusting the amount based on your preferred level of tartness.

Add sugar or agave syrup to taste, stirring well until fully dissolved.

For additional flavor, stir in a splash of orange juice or add a few fresh mint leaves.

Cover and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend.

Serve the drink over ice in individual glasses. Garnish with extra fruit pieces or lime wedges if desired.
