Fireball Jello Shot Cupcakes

A sweet, spicy, and boozy twist on classic jello shots, these Fireball Jello Shot Cupcakes bring the warmth of cinnamon whiskey into a fun, party-ready treat. Perfect for celebrations, these mini shots pack a punch in a cute cupcake form!

Ingredients:

1 1/3 cups ginger ale

2 envelopes plain gelatin

2/3 cup Fireball Whisky

A few drops of red food coloring (optional, for a fiery hue)

Whipped cream or buttercream frosting (for topping)

Ground cinnamon or red sprinkles (for garnish)

Mini cupcake liners or small plastic cups

Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Gelatin Mix

Pour ginger ale into a saucepan and sprinkle plain gelatin over the top. Let it sit for 2 minutes to allow the gelatin to bloom.

Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin fully dissolves (about 5 minutes).

2️⃣ Add the Fireball

Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Stir in Fireball Whisky and add red food coloring if desired.

3️⃣ Pour & Set

Arrange mini cupcake liners on a baking sheet or use small plastic cups.

Pour the gelatin mixture into each liner, filling them ¾ full.

4️⃣ Chill

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.

5️⃣ Top & Garnish

Once set, top each shot with whipped cream or buttercream frosting.

Sprinkle with ground cinnamon or red sprinkles for a spicy-sweet touch.

6️⃣ Serve & Enjoy!

✔ Stronger version: Add ¾ cup Fireball and reduce the ginger ale slightly.

✔ Sweeter option: Use apple cider instead of ginger ale for a warm, spiced apple-cinnamon twist.
