Finally grilled Santa Maria–style tri-tip — smoky, juicy, and crusted with bold flavor 🔥🥩

Ingredients:

1 tri-tip roast (1.5–2 lbs), 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika, ½ tsp cayenne, olive oil.

Instructions:

Rub tri-tip with oil + spices. Grill over medium-high heat (indirect if possible), 8–10 min per side (135°F internal for medium-rare). Rest, slice against the grain. Flavor for days 🔥🥩🌲
