1 cup of oats

 

 

# Ingredients

1. 1 cup rolled oats

2. 1/2 cup protein-rich pizza crust mix

3. 1/2 cup pizza sauce

4. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

5. 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni

6. 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms

7. 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers

8. 1 tablespoon olive oil

9. Salt and pepper, to taste

 

# Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. Mix oats and protein-rich pizza crust mix with 1/2 cup lukewarm water.

3. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness.

4. Spread pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, mushrooms, and bell peppers.

5. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper.

6. Bake 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
