#### Ingredients

 

– **8 mozzarella cheese sticks** (long sticks)

– **8 slices of bacon**

– **1/2 cup flour**

– **1/2 cup breadcrumbs**

– **2 eggs** (beaten)

– **Spices to taste** (like paprika or chili powder)

– **Oil for frying**

– **Dipping sauce** (like ketchup or hot sauce)

 

#### Instructions

 

1. **Prepare the Cheese**: Freeze the mozzarella sticks for 30 minutes to prevent them from melting while frying.

 

2. **Wrap the Bacon**: Remove the cheese sticks from the freezer and wrap each stick tightly in bacon slices, ensuring the cheese is fully covered.

 

3. **Prepare the Coating**:

– Place the flour in one dish.

– In another dish, beat the eggs.

– In a third dish, mix the breadcrumbs with your chosen spices.

 

4. **Coat the Cheese**:

– Dip each bacon-wrapped cheese stick in the flour first, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

 

5. **Fry**:

– Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.

– Once the oil is hot, fry the coated sticks until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.

 

6. **Serve**:

– Place the fried sticks on paper towels to drain excess oil.

– Serve with your preferred dipping sauce.
