Ingredients:
Corn: 2 cans of whole kernel corn (drained).
Cream Cheese: 8 oz (225g) at room temperature.
Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup.
Shredded Cheese: 1.5 cups of Cheddar or Monterey Jack.
Melted Butter: 2 tbsp.
Green Chiles (Optional): 1 small can, diced, for a subtle kick.
Seasoning: A pinch of salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Topping: A sprinkle of breadcrumbs or extra cheese for a golden crust.
Instructions:
Mix the Base:
In a large bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and melted butter until smooth.
Combine Ingredients:
