Golden Cheesy Garlic Toast

Golden Cheesy Garlic Toast
Ingredient:
Bread: 4-6 thick slices of Toast or Brioche bread.
Garlic Butter Spread:
3 tbsp Unsalted butter (softened).
2 cloves Garlic (minced).
1 tsp Dried or fresh parsley (finely chopped).
Cheese Topping:
1.5 cups Shredded Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese mix.
A pinch of Parmesan cheese (optional for extra flavor).
Instructions
Preheat: Set your oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a baking sheet with a wire rack or parchment paper.
Prepare the Spread: In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic and parsley.
Assemble: Spread a thin layer of the garlic butter onto each slice of toast, then top generously with the shredded cheese mix.
Bake: Place the toast in the oven for 5-8 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Broil: Switch to the broiler (top heat) for 1-2 minutes until the cheese develops those beautiful golden-brown spots.
Garnish: Sprinkle with a bit more fresh parsley and serve immediately while warm and stretchy.
Quick Tip: For a restaurant-style “creamy” texture, you can add a tiny smear of mayonnaise directly onto the bread before adding the cheese!
