Ground Beef Tortilla Wraps

𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 1000 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗮𝘆 (𝘆𝘂𝗺𝗺𝘆😋) 𝘀𝗼 𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁 for Ground Beef Tortilla Wraps

Ingredients:
* **For the filling:**
* 1 lb ground beef
* 1 small onion, finely diced
* 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
* Seasonings (e.g., chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder)
* Optional additions: tomato paste, water, cheese sauce, black beans, spinach, diced tomatoes
* **For assembly:**
* Flour tortillas (burrito or medium size)
* Shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar, mozzarella)
* Optional toppings: sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, hot sauce, spring onions

Instructions:

**1. Prepare the Ground Beef:**

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart with a spatula until no pink remains.

Drain any excess fat.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.

Stir in your desired seasonings and any optional additions like tomato paste or water, ensuring the mixture is well combined.

**2. Prepare the Tortillas:**

Warm the tortillas to make them more pliable for folding. This can be done by wrapping them in foil and heating in the oven, briefly microwaving, or warming in a dry skillet.

**3. Assemble the Wraps:**

Lay out a warmed tortilla.

Spread a layer of cheese sauce (if using) or directly add a portion of the cooked ground beef mixture in the center of the tortilla.

Top with shredded cheese and any other desired fillings or toppings like spring onions, diced tomatoes, or sour cream.

**4. Fold and Finish:**

Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly to create a sealed wrap.

If desired, brown the assembled wraps in a skillet with a little butter or oil until golden and crispy on both sides, or bake in the oven until heated through and cheese is melted.
