📋 Ingredients
🔹 1.5 lbs (680 g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
🔹 2 tablespoons olive oil
🔹 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
🔹 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
🔹 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
🔹 1 teaspoon garlic powder
🔹 Salt to taste
🔹 Freshly ground black pepper to taste
🔹 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional garnish)
👨‍🍳 Preparation
🔹 Remove the steak from the refrigerator about 15 minutes before cooking so it cooks evenly
🔹 Pat the steak pieces completely dry using paper towels to remove excess moisture
🔹 Place the steak bites in a bowl and season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper
🔹 Toss well so every piece is evenly coated with seasoning
🔥 Cooking the Steak Bites
🔹 Heat a large heavy skillet or cast iron pan over medium-high heat
🔹 Add olive oil and allow it to heat until shimmering
🔹 Place the steak bites in a single layer in the pan without overcrowding
🔹 Sear for 2–3 minutes without moving them so a golden crust forms
🔹 Turn the steak bites and cook the other side for another 2–3 minutes
🔹 Continue cooking until the steak reaches your preferred doneness
🔹 Transfer the cooked steak bites to a plate and loosely cover with foil to keep warm

🔹 Reduce the heat in the skillet to medium
🔹 Add the unsalted butter and allow it to melt slowly
🔹 Add the minced garlic to the melted butter
🔹 Stir continuously and cook for about 1–2 minutes until the garlic becomes fragrant and lightly golden
🍳 Combining the Steak with the Sauce
🔹 Return the cooked steak bites back into the skillet
🔹 Toss the steak pieces gently in the garlic butter sauce
🔹 Cook for another 1–2 minutes while stirring so each bite is fully coated with the rich sauce

🔹 Remove the skillet from the heat once the steak bites are well coated in garlic butter
