🥩✨ Garlic Butter Surf & Turf with Fried Rice ✨🍤

Juicy ribeye, sizzling shrimp, and savory veggie fried rice all on one glorious plate.

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2):

Steak & Shrimp:

2 ribeye steaks (10 oz each)

12 large shrimp, peeled & deveined

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp butter, divided

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tbsp chopped green onions

Fried Rice:

3 cups cooked jasmine rice (day-old)

2 eggs, beaten

½ cup frozen peas

½ cup diced carrots

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Season steaks with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over medium-high. Cook 4–5 minutes per side for medium. Top with 1 tbsp butter. Rest 5 minutes.

2️⃣ Season shrimp lightly. In same pan, add remaining oil and 1 tbsp butter. Cook shrimp 2 minutes per side; add garlic last 30 seconds.

3️⃣ In separate pan, scramble eggs in 1 tbsp butter. Add rice, peas, carrots. Stir-fry 4–5 minutes. Mix in soy sauce and sesame oil.
