### Ingredients:

– 1 large onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper (to taste)
– 1 teaspoon spices (like cumin or cardamom)
– Oil for frying
### Instructions:
1. **Prepare the Dough:**
– In a bowl, mix the flour and salt.
– Add the oil and mix well.
– Gradually add warm water until the dough is firm.
– Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
2. **Prepare the Filling:**
– In a skillet, heat oil and sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
– Add the ground meat and cook until browned.
– Season with salt and spices; mix well. Let it cool.
3. **Shape the Samosas:**
– Roll out the dough and cut it into circles.
– Place a spoonful of filling in the center and fold the dough to form a triangle or half-moon shape.
